TaxiCloud needed a rewrite from a legacy PHP stack to handle Irish + UK growth. We re-platformed onto Next.js + Postgres + a Go dispatch engine, kept zero downtime via a strangler-fig migration, and shipped the customer-facing React Native app in parallel.
