Programmatic SEO scales by templating: one page per cell of an entity × intent matrix. Done right, it captures long-tail intent at city, service, integration, or model granularity. Done wrong, it produces doorway pages and Helpful Content System penalties.
Worked example
MeridianWeb generates /[country]/[metro]/[service] for 4 countries × 15 metros × 11 services = 660 pages — all with locale-specific unique content above a 120-word floor.
