The 'thin content' panic is overcorrected. Here's the line.
Google's spam updates demoted programmatic sites that auto-generated low-uniqueness content from public APIs. They did not demote programmatic sites with high-uniqueness content from proprietary data.
The dividing line: does each page contain something a user couldn't get on the next site? If yes — local data, original analysis, structured pricing, location-specific FAQs — programmatic is welcome. If no, you're spam.
